GAP Connah S Quay FC's Nik Mesney has been volunteering for over 15 years. Nik Mesney began his journey with GAP Connah S Quay FC in 2007, when Gary Dewhurst purchased the club. Mesney was working for Dewhurst at Gap Personnel and was asked to help with the website and photography.
Mesney started with website and social media management, then took on photography duties. He has also assisted with kit design, branding, and attended UEFA competition draws.
Mesney has photographed GAP Connah S Quay FC lifting silverware and attended European matches. He recalls beating Stabaek and Kilmarnock as memorable moments.
Mesney finds it rewarding to see players progress and build friendships. He encourages others to volunteer, citing his own experiences as proof of the rewards.
